| Special Service | Fee | ||
| At any time before the completion of scheduling for a program month, insisting, demanding or seeking some type of guarantee on limiting scheduling in a program month to two weeks or less. Should a request prove impossible to meet, the herd will not be scheduled for classification and all fees will be refunded. | $100 | ||
| If no scheduling request is made or a scheduling request made at the time of application is met, and a subsequent request for an additional schedule change is made. | $100 | ||
| Applicant requesting and receiving a time of day change, but not a date change and the change requires rescheduling other herds. | $75 | ||
| Herds necessitating a move to another classifier's schedule in order to accommodate their request for a scheduling change. | $150 | ||
| NOTE: Once scheduling is completed, fees are non-refundable. NOTE: It is still acceptable for an applicant to request classification with in a two week period with the understanding a reasonable attempt will be made to honor the request, but Holstein is in no way obligated to meet the request. These applicants will not be billed the additional fee. The classifier has the discretion of not meeting the request should doing so result in significant traveling inefficiencies. The Association's current classification cancellation policy remains in effect. |
