Download the DairyVision Trend Analysis Program from the Internet
Step 1:
To download the file, click on the download file. Please do not sign off until
the full download is complete. In high usage times the download may take several
minutes.
Step 2:
Save the file to Drive C: by typing C: in front of the file name
in the file name box. Note the file name, You will need to locate it later.
Step 3:
After downloading the file, start up the Windows Explorer (START - PROGRAMS
- Windows Explorer).
Step 4:
Locate the file you just downloaded on your C: drive. Double click this
file. The downloaded file will now self-extract and install. After you have
installed the program, make sure you reboot your computer.
Step 5:
Launch the DairyVision Trend Analysis program, and download a DairyVision Trend
Analysis herd data file from the www.holstein.com website (select on the DairyVision
Trend Analysis page the DairyVision Trend Analysis file download option). Store
any downloaded files into your C:\DVTAP\DOWNLOAD folder.
After finishing the installation and downloading your first herd file, you may then operate the DairyVision Trend Analysis Program.
