RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Cow must have a minimum of 87% Registered Holstein Ancestry to be eligible.
2. Cow must make her 150,000 lbs. entirely under the ownership of the Junior making the application.
3. A cow will qualify only once for this award recognition.
4. All entries must be accompanied by a copy of the DHIA Cow Page or a copy of the cow's official pedigree showing the lifetime production of 150,000 lbs. or more. Please do not send original test sheets as they will not be returned.
5. The applicant must be a National Junior Member of Holstein Association USA at the time of application.
6. Applicants are encouraged to submit a photo of their cow to be used in a power point presentation. The photo does not have to be of professional quality. Winners of this award will be recognized at the Junior Forum during the National Junior Holstein Convention.
7. Entries are due by May 1, 2009.
