Each state can enter one banner. A panel of judges will determine the top three places. Prizes will be awarded to the top three. Previous winning banners are ineligible from competition.
Size:
Banners must be 3' X 5' and come hung on a dowel rod. Can be any shape
or form as long as its under this size.
Materials:
Banners can be any color and can be made out of paper or material.
Entry Deadline:
All banners must be entered no later than 8:00 a.m., Saturday, June 27, 2009. Banners can be turned in at the registration
area. Please pick-up and take home after noon on
June 30.
