Rules:
- One entry per state. Must be prepared by youth members.
- There will be one division.
- Should highlight one year of dairy related activity (June 2008-2009).
- Presentation is to be no more than 120 slides.
- Presentation can include music and animation.
- State is responsible for providing portable audio/visual equipment (such as portable DVD player) to showcase the digital scrapbook and will assume all liabilities.
- Entry must be in place no later than 8:00 AM on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at the National Junior Holstein Convention. Late entries will not be judged.
- It is the responsibility of each state to claim their entry on the last day of convention (June 30).
