Rules:
- All entrants must be Junior members of Holstein Association USA.
- There will be three age divisions. States with over 1,000 Junior members may enter a maximum of three entries per each age division. States with over 400 Junior members may enter a maximum of two entries in each age division. States with less than 400 Junior members may enter one entry in each division. Membership counts will be conducted on January 1 each year.
Age division breakdowns are as follows:

18 to 21 years old as of January 1 |
- Entry form is due by May 1, 2009. The theme must be dairy related.
- All entries must be in place no later than 8:00 AM on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at the National Junior Holstein Convention. Youth members need not attend to participate. If you are shipping your entry to the National Convention Headquarters, please select a mail service that will allow you to track the display. Displays that arrive late will not be judged.
- Display should be no larger than 3' x 4' and must be able to stand by itself.
- It is the responsibility of each entrant to claim his or her entry after noon on the final day of convention
(June 30th).
