Downloading Your File |

- Choose the "Save" option in the File Download window
- Choose where you want to save the file
(desktop is recommended) and click "Save"
- When the download is complete, choose "Close". Exit or minimize Explorer.

- Choose the "Save File" option in the message window
- When you click "Save File" the file will be downloaded to your computer. This will go to your desktop by default.
- When the download is complete, exit or minimize Firefox.

Extracting Your File |
Importing Data into Excel |
- Using Windows 98 or higher
- Locate the .exe file that you just saved and double click the icon.
- Choose "Run" from the Open File Window.
- Tell the WinZip Extractor where you want to save the file to.
- Choose "Unzip" from the WinZip self extractor window. This will extract the file and create the file you will need to import into your speadsheet.
- When completed the new file will appear where you specified.
- Open Excel and begin the instructions for importing the data.

- Open up a new spreadsheet.
- From the menu bar at the top of the screen, select Data, then Import External Data, then Import Data.
- Find the file in the location that you saved it on your computer. To view the file, you may have to select Files of Types: All Types from the dropdown menu. Once the file is selected, click Open.
- On the page that you come to, in the box the says “Choose the file type that best describes your data”, select the Delimited option. Click Next to go to the next screen.
- On this screen, in the Delimiters box, check the box for Comma. The box for Tab should also be checked.
- Click Finish to import your data into the spreadsheet.
