The Holstein Association USA Audit Committee exists to assist the Board of Directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities related to financial reporting, internal controls, and the independent audit process, operating in accordance with Article II, Section 4 of the Holstein Association USA Bylaws.

The Holstein Association USA Conformation Advisory Committee (CAC) provides guidance on matters related to the classification program, linear type traits, and the overall evaluation of conformation in U.S. Registered Holsteins. The committee helps ensure that classification and conformation evaluation programs remain relevant, scientifically sound, and aligned with breeder goals and industry needs.

The Junior Advisory Committee (JAC) serves as the governing body of the National Junior Holstein Association. Its primary purpose is to act as a sounding board for Junior members and advisors, overseeing the organization's activities and providing guidance to ensure the continued growth and development of Junior programs.
