Holstein Association USA offers members different options for filing their registration applications.

Since the registration applications are scanned when they arrive at the office to aid in speeding up the registration process, the printing and color of the form is critical. This is why registration applications are not available to download and print directly from our website.

However, if you need paper registration applications, please contact Customer Service by phone at 800.952.5200 or by e-mail to request a supply of applications and they will be mailed promptly.

Another option is to file your applications online, using the EASY ID program.
