Holstein USA’s preferred way of submitting application(s) for registration is electronically using our EASY ID program. There is preference given to applications submitted via EASY.

If EASY is not compatible with your computer, another option is emailing your completed application(s) for registration and any animal photo(s) if needed to [email protected].
Lastly, if printed applications for registration are needed, please contact Customer Service by phone at 800.952.5200 or by e-mail to request a supply of applications and they will be mailed promptly. |
